Securities Issuer Authorizations
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Historically the Texas State Securities Board has printed and mailed Issuer's Authorizations as a courtesy to notify you of the status of your filings.
Effective September 1, 2009, Issuer's Authorizations will no longer be issued for mutual funds or unit investment trusts.
To view the status of your filings please follow the instructions below.
- Go to the internet website: www.ssb.state.tx.us/public
- Click on "Authorized Securities"
- Search by: name (of Issuer) or number (Texas file number)
- Type in name or number and choose "contains" or "starts with".
- Click search and view details.
